* Outer layers (oz)
- Surface finish (ENIG, HASL, OSP, etc.)
- Solder mask color (green/black/blue/white, etc.)
- Silkscreen color
- Panelization requirements
- Other special requirements

A: Genesis 2000, CAM350

A: All customer files are treated as strictly confidential, and we are prepared to sign an NDA upon request.

A: No minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required. We provide free samples prior to mass production.

A: We'll replicate your sample and produce according to the derived technical specifications.

A: Custom quotations are delivered within 1-24 hours, subject to design complexity.

A: Our standard lead times are:
- 5-7 working days for simple prototypes
- 8-15 working days for standard volume orders
Production cycles are subject to product design complexity.

1. For small orders, we usually use express shipping (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
2. For mass production orders, we usually use air freight (economy) or sea shipping to reduce costs.
3. If you have your own forwarder, we can also ship the goods through them.

A: The shipping cost depends on the destination, weight, and packing dimensions. It is our responsibility to maximize cost savings through a variety of shipping channels.

A: Before shipping, every PCB must pass an electrical test. If we made it incorrectly, we will redo it as quickly as possible and cover the shipping costs.

Q: We require 100% payment before shipment during the initial phase of our cooperation. After establishing trust, we can offer a 30-day credit term from the order date.
